Each US state has a residency requirement before being able to file for a divorce. Most of them are either 6 or 12 months, but it does vary, so you will have to ask an Alaska lawyer if you are eligible there yet. If not, you have to do it in the last state that either you or your husband resided in. If it was MS for the both of you, MS has jurisdiction.
Also, if you own any real property in MS, you may be able to get divorced in name only in Alaska once the residency requirement is met, but Alaska will not decide the property issue because the property is not in Alaska. You would still need a MS attorney in that case, so it would be simpler to do the divorce there and handle it all at once.
