Men are from Mars, women are from Venus... How on earth do we communicate?

So if this is the case how are we ever supposed to get anywhere with one another? I don't speak Martian and my boyfriend doesn't speak Venutian. Can anyone offer some examples of the cryptic things men say (or why maybe they don't say/do certain things) and then give me a translation?

Women do that with each other but it's no a good idea to do that with a man. Men need to go inside themselves to work things out and the sooner you leave him alone, the sooner he'll come back to you. Men don't say cryptic things. They are straight to the point.





Women don't say what they ';MEAN'; but talk around the point, talking about the consequences of not having what they want.





EXAMPLE





Men - ';I am going to the pub with my mates';


means


';I am going to the pub with my mates';





Women - ';I won't be here when you get back';

';I would rather you stay in with me tonight and see your friensds another night';
commicateing is tricky =/ but nessisary you need to be very clear and open with eachother dont hint at stuff because men and women hint differantly and it often ends up in fights it sorts itself out more as you get to kno eachother more it takes time and failiure imo to truely understand (and btw...sorry to say but more people might aswell have their own language =P)
no no no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what the hell are u sayin this for. who cares about this. this is not important. this is for important things. No so leave me this stuuuf alone. We communicate by saying what we mean. but there are those people who talk around the point they are trying to get out. so for them they say the consequences or something. straights, lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transvest dikes, everyone trys to be around the bush. dont be say exactly what the hell u mean.
Like porcupines making love... you do it carefully. It's learning thing. Women generally talk from the emotional side of their brain, men from the direct side. They have different values.
OK firstly this whole mars/venus thing is a metaphor for our brains being wired differently. Find common ground and work from there.





Guys are only after sex and food. Everything else is about getting either one or the other.

well guys number one doesn't know how the female brain works you know they really don't understand us and we really don't them either.

supposedly guys can do stuff and not think bout it... like usualluy they tell you straight up or they do things straightup ... you know ... their according to one of my guy friends simple ....
