Question for guys... help me with my story!?

I'm a female, writing a story from the first person perspective of a teenage boy. I need to know about the thought pattern of males, and the speech pattern. Guys: how do you think/ make decisions? How do you communicate with your friends? I know the way women communicate with each other is much different than how men communicate with each other. I've been trying to write this story, but people who have read it said that my character's thought process is very feminine. Obviously, I do now know how to think like a guy, so guys please help me out! Thanks so much!Question for guys... help me with my story!?
